Shipping & Returns
Free shipping over $100 is set to not include shipping or tax in the price. The total price of the items will have to exceed $100. When the free shipping is activated there will be an option that shows $0.00. If at anytime this shows then the offer is valid and you will receive free shipping. The shipping service is going to be the first class option from the USPS. If for some reason you have reached an item total of $100 and the free shipping option did not appear, please do not continue and notify us via email immediately to fix the situation. Free shipping is only valid for the United States.
Items purchased Monday- Friday will be shipped within 3 business days. As this is a single owned and operated company some time delays may happen due to holidays and vacations. Those delays will be mentioned either via email, during checkout or on the main site. Most shipments will be shipped in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. Once the order has shipped you will receive a tracking number notice, via email. If you do not or have any other issues contact us at email@example.com. Shipping rates for you United States are flat rate calculations via the chosen shipping service. Shipping arrival times may vary but are listed as follows;
USPS First Class Mail: 2-6 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-3 business days
Fedex ground/Home Delivery: 2-5 business days
These times will vary based on location from 77077. Places like Hawaii, Alaska and US territories. Other services are according to description, 2-day takes 2 business days and overnight 1 business day.
International shipping is set to a flat rate via squarespace, but these are subject to extra charges due to location and taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. These are from the shipping service provider and may need to be paid upon delivery. Tracking will be provided the same as all other shipments. Lead times vary based on the customs checking time but generally take 6-10 business days. All international shipments are final and not subject to returns. Returns & Exchanges
Please note that every item has its own look due to each piece being hand made. If you are unsatisfied with what a piece looks like from its own particular look there will be a 20% restocking fee from the price of the item that will not be refunded. All items are valid for returns for up to 30 days from delivery. If you have received the wrong product, whether it be style, size or a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you a return label along with your corrected order in the same shipment. If you would like to return and cancel the order due to the wrong style, size or damaged shipment, we will email you a return label and refund you the money for the order however, all shipping charges will not be refunded.
